He showed up this morning at 9:00 am, was very friendly and professional, and the work is done less than 24 hours later. It is now noon on 11/7/25 as I write this. The quality is up to par, and even exceeds what you see with larger base contractors. The pricing is fair and competitive, and the punctuality is solid. Once a year, the technician came out to check all my electric and plumbing service. It is no cost but it will cost the ONLY something they find it wrong. The Blanton Techs are excellent services, very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you! I have been a Blantonscustomer for first years. "Very professional with great communication skills. They were able to determine the problem very quickly and replace our unit quickly. Our AC had been out since March and we had another company working on it. We finally switched to Bell Cow and the problem was resolved within a week. We also had them come out when our other unit stopped working and they came out, re-charged the system and done. You really need to check them out. I received a 4 hour window, they called when on the way and it really worked out great."

"These guys were AWESOME. I received 4 quotes Cape Fear came in the lowest with exactly what I wanted, Shane was the salesmen we talked more about the days events then the actual project. When he left he felt like an old friend. He Emailed me my quote and came in $2000,00 less then the other guys with a Trane high efficiency (96% 2 stage furnace and new A/C Unit) the other quotes I got was for a single stage 80% plus ac for more money. The Installer Joe and his crew were great. he took time to answer my questions and ran a new return line from the floor and put it in the ceiling, I definitely got my moneys worth. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM!!!!!"

"Do not make the mistake of thinking that specifying a specific make and model of water heater simplifies the project. My biggest mistake was not realizing that Lowe AO Smith water heaters were specific to Lowe and would cause all sorts of problems with the contractor distributors. By the time I understood the real issues, we had a signed contract and I had 50% paid. The plumbing manager and I were eventually able to revert the contract to an install-only option, which was done correctly and professionally in just a couple of hours."
