"We had a tech come out and install $800 in a simple capacitor. He left metal touching our PCB bored, frying our system. We have called and asked the status, and the dispatchers simply say you?ll get a call back from someone, who never messages. If you think paying 2x the cost of other companies gets you better service or a qualified tech - save your money and go elsewhere. We now have been sitting in 88% humidity, paint peeling off our window seals to try and keep the house cool, damaged AC unit, and their leadership avoids any calls. We plan to file a lawsuit."

"Lord, I don’t even know where to start. I think the job is just too much for them, trying to redo most of the entire house. But communication was horrible, work quality was not the best, and Contractor got defensive when we complain about issues. Was told it would be a 3 to 4 months job and ended up being almost 9 months. This was just completed last year and already our ceiling is bubbling in our bathroom and in the hallway near our back door. They’re still paints splotches on the floor in several rooms where they hired cheapest painters they could find and they made a mess. Installed a door in the bathroom does not fit properly and has a huge gap underneath. Left two big holes in our kitchen floor where the island did not lineup were they thought it was going to be installed. One of the biggest issues, though was they started construction without covering up any of our belongings. We had dust on everything, even our kitchen pots and pans, and such that were on the counter. With the poor communication we had no idea they were coming that day and no time to put everything away. We had to request that they cover things up and use plastic sheets to divide the rooms. Very little respect for your personal belongings. They would show up on the weekends without even telling us. One guy showed up and the equipment he needed wasn’t here so he could not work, but he tried to charge us for driving over. We did not even know he was coming!!! The list goes on and on and on. I have many pictures to prove it."
