"Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. "The technician who sampled was punctual and professional. No mold issues found, none suspected. Unfortunately, the primary reason for the test was to test for presence of cat dander. The person from Mold Test Company who I spoke with by phone and paid assured me there would be specific testing for allergens. No useful information obtained as a result."
