Had quote which seemed very high and included work that seemed unnecessary from another vendor for ~$3K. Healthy Home came out and quickly concluded there was NO mold but did offer to do a test for $250-$300 that would confirm this (if needed) or for peace of mind. They admitted the test would confirm what they were saying- mold was not present on the fiberglass insulation under the plastic. it was simply dirt and replacing the dirty insulation would take care of the black appearance. "Service performed was outstanding. Donny provided quotes over the phone. We agreed to pricing. Technician came out and was very polite and meticulous ensuring everywhere in the attic was covered and cleaned for the mold remediation. Technician shared all details of what he was going to do. And he was very proud of his work! He asked me to go in the attic and check what he did and gave me the details of his work. Took approx 8 hours. Donny briefly came to job site to oversee work and make sure we were satisfied. The following day same technician came to install vapor Barrier in crawl. And a 3rd party company also came out to test the mold remediation work they had done the day prior. He graded them 99.9% and said they did an outstanding job (there was a VERY small 6"x6" area missed). The vapor barrier now being installed took approx 9 hours as crawl is only about 2-2 1/2 feet tall. Again Donny came out to ensure technicians job is being done satisfactorily as well as confirm we as clients were pleased with how the job is being done. When the technician finished, he used his personal cell phone to show us photos of the job he had completed. He gain was a VERY proud man of his work!!!! We should all learn from his work ethic. Then he went back into the attic to fix the small area of mold remediation that was missed the day prior. Would use them again 1000%. The only thing that did not go as planned was the first crew that was suppose to be there at 800am had a problem with their truck so Donny dispatched a second and single technical which, as mentioned above, we were VERY pleased with!!!!! So it was maybe a 60-90 min late start. But the results fantastic!"
