"Tony did a great job explaining the air quality testing. He tested in 3 areas. It was a quick turn around for getting the report back. He gave me some very good advice and ideas for options. Great job, Tony! Thank you."

"Iâ m pleased so far, but we paid for the more extensive testing and it will be a few more days before we have the results, so I really canâ t say yet what my final thoughts would be. Iâ m looking forward to the second half of the inspection where a professional analyst will be able to get explain the findings to us and not just leave it to us to figure out what weâ re looking at. We may have to go to court over this and this company will provide professional experts to aid us if need be. They made it very clear who was going to show up at our house and they weâ re flexible with scheduling."

"They gave us relief as we thought there was mold in our house after they did some testing come to find out we dont have mold. We really appreciate your help!!!"

"The walls in our unfinished basement have fiberglass insulation on them with only a clear, colorless vapor barrier over them, and some areas have become discolored. We are selling our house and didn't want to be surprised by a suspicion of mold during the inspection. I saw this company's Big Deal for a mold test, called to make sure an appointment was available soon, made an appointment with Jeff, and bought the Big Deal. Mark came to take the sample. He arrived 15–30 minutes early, which was inconvenient because (1) we have an unfriendly dog that needs to be put away before guests come over and (2) I was in the middle of doing yoga. A call would've been appreciated before such an early arrival. Mark said the notes mentioned taking an air sample but Jeff had recommended to me taking a direct sample, so that's what Mark took. He had me write down my information and said the lab results should be returned within 24 hours. I let a few days go by before trying to contact Jeff for the results. I sent a message to one email address, and then another to a different email address a day or two later, and still no response. So I called the number and asked Jeff for the results. Turned out that Mark had misspelled my name, which is also part of my email address, so maybe that's why I hadn't heard anything...? Still, I shouldn't have to contact them three times to get my results; they had my phone number."

"The home inspection went very well. Pam was incredibly thorough and even got on top of the roof to check out the chimney. I called SM prior to purchase of the deal, and he tried convincing me to pay in cash, honoring the 260$ purchase price, instead of purchasing the "big deal" and said their "credit card machine" was down. Seeing as how we were purchasing a home and wanted to hold on to as much cash as we could, that was the only disconcerting feeling about the transaction. Seemed a bit shady that they'd try and bypass Angie's List like that. Otherwise, the quality of the inspection and timely nature was great.
