I did not know there were 3 steps, it was not explained to me The provider should be upfront with the steps and the price of the 3 steps and not just the initial step. Now she is talking about a lot more money that I cannot afford. If she told me this on the fist place i would have chosen a cheaper alternative."

"What this company did for us was inform us of the dangers of having the level of mold within our home and guided us to a level of safety. As hard as it may have sounded and looked, the saying goes " If it seems too good to be true, it isn't. But for this company, it was true to believe how hard they worked to remove the mold and dangers from our home. They informed us of every step they took and then some. One other thing that truly made a world of difference, " The removal of mold and everything related to making mold grow out of control was immediately removed to stop the growth to continue to grow to the level of high danger. When my wife and I were not familiar with how much danger were in, they informed us of how much danger we could be in by staying in the home. They informed us of how long this job would take, and they were right on the target completion. I highly recommend this company for this kind of work. We had another company before this one and they put us in more danger you can imagine , I fired them after 6 weeks of no shows and leaving the mold level to continue to grow, leaving the condition of the mold to grow and destroying our home.
