"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"Jon, Jason, and the rest of the team at MoldGone are true professionals, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for mold remediation service. We had recently purchased a historic townhome in the Logan Circle neighborhood of DC which we knew to have significant mold issues. However, aside from a very obvious source in the sub-basement, we were not certain if/where other sources of mold growth were present in the home. Jon was very thorough on his initial visit, and used a moisture meter along with a keen eye to locate potential areas of mold growth behind drywall that another company's estimate had ignored. Mold was indeed present in these areas, and we were glad to both have it treated, and to receive feedback-about/remediation-of the underlying sources of the moisture that lead to the growth in the first place. Air quality post-testing revealed a job very well done, and to boot Jon graciously even offered to return in the spring to do a second follow-up test at no additional charge because of weather conditions on the day of testing. Beyond the high quality of the work, the team was a pleasure to work with: kind, patient, responsive, and available by both cellphone, text, and email. We can now, literally and figuratively, breathe easier and be without worry about moving into our new home! Big thank you to Jon, Jason, and the whole team at MoldGone!"

"Rudd's Indoor Environment scores the highest marks in my book. Daniel was a true pro -- he gave me his full honest, professional assessment for pre and post testing. He's incredibly responsive, easy to work with, to the point, fast, and, most importantly of all for me, is a person of integrity. I'd highly recommend Daniel and Rudd's Indoor Environment without a single reservation."

"Jerry provided excellent service for our air mold test. He was prompt in scheduling the appointment and arrived at the property as planned. After conducting the test, we received the results in just two days, which thankfully turned out negative."

"The very best experience! I have a so. With severe asthma and lately have not been able to control it. A friend mentioned having the house tested for mold and we set a company from home advisor who didn t show. I called around 4 more people 3 of which I felt like a number, to busy, very high quotes, and then I got Wilbur Hull. Explained what was going on and he had compassion and was able to come out for a test same day! When he got here he was thorough and I was willing to spend whatever to test all of the rooms. He was very thorough and explained after a free inspection that I could test but, it could and would be a waste of money if I had to treat when the results came in versus just treating anyway and skipping the fee of testing. It was a no brainer and a great feeling he went out of his way to save me money. I was skeptical on how it would kill everything but with research and his knowledge it really is a fantastic product offering more then just mold remediation. We treated the entire house for close to what other companies wanted just to test! His crew was above and beyond helpful moving things, explaining, and dealing with a paranoid mom. After they left the house smelled fantastic in areas once muggy (laundry room/mud room) and I could see positive changes in my son. About 10 days later cleaning I found apparent mold in a bench seat that would have been blocked/buried when they came initially. I called him to come back out admitting fault of it not being pointed out prior on my part to get a quote of hitting that spot I had blocked. He went above and beyond sent his crew who re-did it with a smile and asked about my son. A true family man, company, and crew. We will continue to use their service annually as precaution and will recommend them highly to everyone. We need more businesses like this!"

"I called several companies trying to find thorough air quality testing. The testing and explanation of the lab results were very thorough and affordable."

Home inspection company that covers the house from top to bottom. Covering from the roof to the basement and / or crawl space. Nothing is left un turned. Also, specialize in radon, mold, and lead testing. Former Level II Thermaligist (infrared scanning). I can do it all. I am also certified through the Baltimore city and county to conduct rental inspection.

"I did this testing with the permission of the seller of a house I'm interested in purchasing. Steve was very professional and patient in his explanations. The report received after the testing was extremely comprehensive and informative. It gave me everything I needed to make an informed decision regarding my next steps with purchasing the home and gave both me and the seller documented information from an unbiased third party regarding areas of concern. With all of the scams out there in mold assessments and remediation, it's nice to know there is a company that truly knows what they're talking about and stands behind they're services. This one is the real deal!"
