Within the same day, I had scheduled an on-site visit from Roger, their licensed mold inspector, who came to my house the next day, and was able to walk me through the causes of the mold, as well as what AdvantaClean could do to get rid of it. We scheduled the technicians to come out within a few days, and just as promised, they were on-time and ready to go. Roger accompanied them in the morning to show them all the "hot spots" that needed to be treated, and then the technicians, Luis and Juan, went to work. Within a few hours, all of the mold within my residence had been removed or treated, the inside of the ducts cleaned, the coil of our evaporator cleaned, the boots, surrounding ceiling, and each grill, individually cleaned and painted with an antimicrobial.
