"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

We contacted Pure Maintenance and Bryant, the owner, was very responsive. He scheduled an appointment for an inspection and was very prompt and courteous. It is always so nice to deal with service people who are professional, polite and thoughtful about their customer's time and schedules. Bryand and his team identified our problem and scheduled a convenient time to treat not only the garage but the duct work and I guess the whole HVAC system and interior spaces. We had to be gone for several hours but even when we returned the only lingering odor was a slight scent of vinegar which faded within a day. We had no reoccurrence of the mildewy smell in the garage and we feel much better knowing that the products they used are safe for us and for the environment. I would definitely recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone I know of who is experiencing difficulties with mold or mildew.
