Get matched with top indoor air quality testers in Washington, DC

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"He was excellent. He came at the appointed time, checkout the situation and advised that we did not have a mold problem that required work. He knew what he was doing, diagnosed the problem and told us how to solve it efficiently. He charged a reasonable amount, rather than the minimum for a full test of the air."

"Indoor Green service was very professional I hired them to demolish a small bathroom and mold cleaning. the crew was very professional and kept me abreast of all aspects of the remodel project. They arrived early every day and worked hard to complete the job. I would recommend them highly. Also I am intending on hiring them to remodel my basement and install insulation. I commend Jorge and his team for the professional job they did."

"I called several companies trying to find thorough air quality testing. The testing and explanation of the lab results were very thorough and affordable."

Hi there. 38 year resident of Maryland ready to offer friendly, prompt, and professional services.

"Gina Raspa was wonderful to work with.  She responded within 24 hours to my email and she performed the testing within 4 days of my first contact.  Everything went smoothly thanks to her willingness to respond as soon as possible.
The news was much better than we expected and Gina gave me 3 recommendations for companies who could successfully perform the clean-up.
Thanks to Gina, we were able to move the family into the house without fear of future health issues.
I give Gina and her company the highest ratings because she earned them.

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"

"Friendly technicians who explained everything to me that I would need to know regarding our project (laying down a moisture barrier in our crawlspace). Excellent communication and very professional demeanor from the techs and their supervisor. They gave a us a fair price for exceptional work, and they did it in a very time efficient manner.I cannot recommend them highly enough!"
