"A couple months late with this review but JT was great and he’ll be my first call if I ever have any mold issues again. I had a bunch of vintage items that I didn’t realize had mold and when I tried to clean them, I made it worse. I got rid of them but was worried mold had spread in the air. JT did a walk through & recommended air testing. He gave lots of explanation about mold, treatments, etc so I thoroughly understood my situation and air test results in context. No sales pressure, just a straightforward, knowledgeable guy. Collected the outside air sample (the baseline for comparison) during a polar vortex and hustled to make the last Fedex pickup on Friday night so test results would come back ASAP. Has an independent lab do the analysis of air samples and report, which is good practice. Plus, we are getting bonus mileage out of the air purifiers we got now that it’s allergy season. Good guy, good communication, good job!"

As it turned out it was mold in the attic and needs to be removed.
