"First of all, I cannot say enough about Tom and Sue Demogenes and their commitment to helping their clients. Before connecting with Tom, I had contacted several realtors up and down the Florida Coast looking for advice on potential real estate investing opportunities in the state. I live in Virginia and preparing for retirement in a few years and the Florida Gulf coast was one of my interests. All the other agencies provided automated responses and basic information over the phone but Tom was the only one that actually took the time to interview me and get an insight into what my goals were. He actually steered me away from rental properties in which he could have made more commissions and introduced to me to the idea of purchasing vacant land for my current situation . He also introduced me to the concept of investing through a self-directed IRA which I wasn't familiar with. He and Sue provided me with Aerial View Maps of vacant land for sale in SW Cape Coral which was an invaluable resource in locating properties showing exposures as well as proximities to canals at quick glance. To take it a step further, they provided me with their top recommendations and actually drove by the properties and gave me their expert opinions on what the best investment for me would be. Not knowing the area and being out of state, this was invaluable to me as well. Tom was able to negotiate a better price for me on the purchase and also fixed a small error on the settlement sheet from the Title company that would have cost me another fee. To summarize, if anyone is considering a real estate purchase in SW Florida, you won't be disappointed with Tom and Sue. The level of personal service they provided me on such a small purchase from a guy out of state was top notch and proved to me this is a real team that truly cares for the bottom line of their clients needs. I am very much appreciative of all the help they provided me. I made this purchase in SW Cape Coral sight unseen, never been to this area and never met Tom and Sue in person. I could not have ever made this deal without Tom's advice and Tom's ability to gain my trust with his honest responses and efforts."
