"I was cleaning out my garage on a Sunday and unfortunately stacked some bins too high, catching the garage door as it was opening/closing and bent the strut. Called Door Doctor and they had a technician out within the hour. Work was completed in about an hour from the time he arrived. Great responsiveness and quality of service. Will continue to use them moving forward. Additional cost for Sunday emergency service, but well worth it! They really saved the day!"

"Our garage door suddenly stop working. I called A & Rick's mid-day and they fit us into their busy schedule same day, even though it had to be around 6pm before they could reach us. Rick & his son quickly fixed the opener so it would function, and it would have cost a $70 service call. However Rick pointed out it was the original 12 yr old opener with obvious signs of wearing out, and instead we decided to just replace the opener and the metal track rollers with nylon rollers. The opener was $275 and the rollers another $75 installed - $350 total. Now the door opens very smoothly and no more clanging, loud noises. Hopefully the existing opener springs will last another year or so. We are very pleased, and it was a pleasure having Rick and his son at our home for this project which they completed professionally and in fine order. We recommend A Rick's for garage door service."
