He even made an extra trip to provide temporary fans and another trip to help us with the thermostat. The installers were timely and swept after they completed the job. We have no complaints. "LG front load washing machine stopped working after trying to wash large area rug with "rubber" non-skid backing (DON'T do this. I tried to clean out drain, but the clog was too far back and too big for me to dislodge. Looked at appliance repair suggestions on Angie's List - Coldappliance was one of the first listed with all A ratings. Read some of the reivews and the 2nd review was from someone who had a similar problem with GE front load machine. Call Coldappliance and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Alan called that morning and asked if we could reschedue our appointment due t a medical issue and offered a discount on his service charge as compensation for rescheduling. When he arrived for the appointment knew exactly what was wrong, cleared the clog and made a couple of suggestions as to how to prevent some of the problems that sometimes occur with these machines due to soap residue and hard water build-up. The only charge was the discounted service call charge. Quite fair for what he did, especially when you consider what other servcie types charge simply to come to your home. Would definity recommend him and use him again when needed.

"Bernie was great. He was able to come within 40 minutes. Just like the last time I hired them 3 years ago, he showed me everything and explained everything. Quoted me upfront, after he showed me what had happened and what was needed to fix it. Did a wonderful job fixing it. Turned out I had a wire short out and burn a hole in the freon line, which in turn drained all my freon. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. This is why I continue to stay loyal to them, as they provide me with the same level of service every time. I would highly recommend them."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
