"We called Frank on a holiday weekend with our concerns about not having hot water and low water pressure in the main bath.He came on Saturday to assess the situation and assured us that he would be able to take care of the problem in a timely fashion. He was out with his crew on Wednesday to complete the job. Frank, confidently was able to replace the water lines so that we now have hot water restored in our main bath and also replaced the hose bib on the outside, because of low water pressure. We were very pleased with his and his crew's knowledge and expertise to complete the job with minimal disruption during installation.The job was priced very reasonable. PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. When we arrived home I was pleasantly surprised how clean he had left the work area as well as the rest of the area to enter and leave. The heater is awesome!!!
