"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.

"We needed a wall demolished and rebuilt. We also needed a wider gate. Robert and his crew did an excellent job on the block wall. The gate that they custom built fit perfectly and looks great. We have dogs and Robert was very careful in making sure that through the process they could not get out. It is obvious that IEK takes pride in their work. "The owner of Renova kept a personal interest involved throughout the project.  We explained to him what we needed and our budget
and he came in with several cost effective options including substitution of materials.  There was some time delay in completing the project because of tile sampling and stock on hand.  The only thing we would request different is getting the counter tops ordered earlier as this delayed the project by almost three weeks. Over all his workers were extremely polite and very skilled.   The quality of the work for which we paid was exceptional. Even when we made a mistake on the paint color his worker was able to resolve the problem and still not lose any time on the project.  On the next major project we will be calling Renova first."
