Any sub-contracting for repairs is done through the businesses we have worked out deals with. For the service and billing procedures are listed as the following. 1. Either stop in or call in and set up an appointment. We do take walk ins. 2. When dropping the car, truck, or SUV off fill out a work order. 3. We then will take a look at it. 4. We call with a description of the problem and the estimated cost of repair. We never repair it until we get the ok from the customer. 5. Once we get the ok we do the repair. 6. We will call when done. 7. You can pay with cash, local check, credit/debit cards when done at the time of pick up.
