"My heat pump system went out and needed replaced. I had my service provider of 15 years leave me with no quote or option to repair my unit. I contacted 5 contractors and Scott of Sheafferâ s called me within hours and visited my home immediately to to check my system and give me a quote for replacement. Scottâ s quote was very reasonable and he said he can get me up with a new Heat Pump with in 10 days. Iâ m writing this review 3 days from talking to Scott and his crew was here today to replace my HP and that is what I call service. All other contractors I spoke with said it would be 2-4 weeks to get me a new HP. Scottâ s workers were very professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of HVAC they had my new system humming within 3 hours. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

"When I originally contacted Scott, he was supposed to have come out on 12/19 and forgot.  However, he did show up on 12/20 , 10 minutes early.  He MORE than made up for forgetting the appointment the day before.
He was only there about 20 minutes but talk about service, friendly, courteous and professional.  Showed me a simple, cheap trick to maintain the a/c after summer is over.  He looked at the outside unit and said.....despite it being half off the slab...it was running fine.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
