We called Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air,to upgrade our service to200 amps and to replace our Knob and Tube wiring. They promptly sent Matt R, Journeyman Electrician, out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and we walked through the house room by room as he explained what needed to be done to meet code, and asked us what new outlets or features we might want to add in each room. We went from attic to crawl space. Then he sat down with us and walked us through what might have to be done to complete the Job. At which point he ended by giving us a firm estimate of cost and what we would need to do to prepare the house. We made the decision to have them do the work and they put us on the schedule. On the scheduled date Thomas F, and Thomas L arrived along with Matt R. They walked us through the project and told us they had been allotted 5 days to complete the project; on our two story house. They stayed on schedule and actually didn't need a complete day on the fifth day. Thomas F and Thomas L worked tirelessly each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day all this during high 80's temperatures during the day. They took time from their work to answer any and all of our questions as they worked, and at the end of the day showed us what they had completed. All of their work was done with meticulous care given to quality, and journeyman standards to meet and exceed code. I would recommend these two electricians for any electrical project and especially those that may be on the more complicated level. They did our entire house including the installation of a new mast and meter base along with the knew 200 amp breaker box. Thank you Thomas F and Thomas L! Complicating their work was our little granddaughter. She was with us during the whole project and they took extra care to assure her safety and well being. Thomas F even brought her a toy Dinosaur which immediately became her favorite toy. If that were not enough he found out it was my birthday and brought me gift of his personally crafted art work as a present. What a great company and Great People. In this case the aphorism “you get what you pay for” is true. Seatown is worth every dollar."

"Quality electrical work can be expensive, so it's hard to judge the value you get. Bottom line, the job was expensive but professionally done. I had two lights that suddenly stopped working and had no idea what the problem was. As with other companies, Seatown did have a charge to analyze and diagnose the problem, so there was no free estimate. They also inspected the whole circuit board and checked for compliance with current electrical codes and checked another electrical glitch. Taylor determined the problem and I had him replace the faulty GFI outlet and give me an estimate of cost of replacing the main circuit box. He also installed a new light fixture that I had purchased to replace the older fixture that I had damaged in attempting my earlier repair."

The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames.
