The technician was prompt (he also sent me a text when he was on his way, which I appreciated), and he replaced the part in less than an hour. He stuck around to make sure the oven was working again, and he even helped to vacuum behind the oven before he pushed it back against the wall. "The service tech(Chris) was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him before he came that the fan was running intermittently. He said he would be out in the morning with the motor in case that was the problem. Turns out the fan was fine and it was a solenoid that was bad. He could have replaced the fan and the solenoid and made more money for himself and the company. He just replaced the bad solenoid. He fixed my AC in less than half a day during a heat wave and saved me money! If anybody asked if I know good and honest HVAC place I will recommend "Generations"."
