"Dave was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to supply my quote before he left. I look forward to working with Southland heating and air. Follow up: I made my decision and signed the contract. Best decision I could have made. They were thousands of dollars less for the exact same equipment than 3 other companies I got estimates from. When challenged none of the other companies could revise their estimate to even come close. Southland is a Mitsubishi diamond dealer so I got full Mitsubishi warranties plus 1 year from Southland of parts and service. The day the installers arrived, on time, it was raining. Jamie and Ricardo used the utmost care to protect my home. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. I have attached a photo so you can see for yourself the way they carted for my home. The equipment works perfectly. I would hire this company again in a heart"

"Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"Steven was the technician that initially came and inspected my unit. Turns out the previous owner had a dog that constantly urinated on the AC unit and the damage worsened over time. Steve was very detailed about my options and after a few estimates from other companies I went with his company NRG. I purchased a new Goodman AC unit and a new condenser for a bit under $4900.
