He laid down protective floor mats to come into the house and was meticulous and organized in the mechanical room. He installed a new Bradford White water tank, an emergency drip pan, cut and reorganized the various water lines to make them easy to locate, understand and turn on/off and installed a Water Cop emergency shut off valve. Outside he replaced the pressure vacuum breaker with a new and more efficient one. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and enjoyable to speak with. I received a bill based on time and materials and with my senior discount, the total came in less than the original estimate. I am exceptionally pleased with IPS's service and will readily use them again as well as highly recommend."
