He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. Rather than following our first wishes he may have saved us around $400, or more by being honest and a good guy. We had the cartridge replaced for our Moen faucet. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny. Not our last for sure!"

They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. We will definitely use MN Plumbing for all our future needs!!!"

"We had 3 different things done and it took over a day to complete them all. We put in shut-offs at a sink and a new ejector pump in our basement. The biggest project was installing a water heater. We were replacing an old gravity system and went with a power vent. We selected a hybrid water heater as it sound like the best option for us and is supposed to be very energy efficient. Not sure yet on the efficiency, but the heater is on the highest temp setting and we cannot even fill a bathtub with hot water. There are only two of us in the house and it doesn't seem like it can keep up. The technician was very courteous, but he had not installed one of these hybrids before. This was not a cheap unit and we are not happy with it. Update: After my initial review, MN Plumbing and Heating sent a technician to look at our water heater. He agreed based on my assessment that the heater should be performing better. He checked all of the settings, verified the water temp and the flow rate. Everything checked out with that so he looked at our faucets. We have a bathroom that hasn't been remodeled yet and has old faucets. Sure enough the tub faucet has a very high flow rate that basically will not allow any water heater to keep up. Thanks for coming back out and taking the time to verify the installation and explaining the situation!"
