"Household 360 immediately responded to my request. Tim came out same day of request. Able to fix the heater next day when parts arrived. My disappointment is with the cost. I received an invoice but when I inquired as to whether he charges an hourly rate or based on parts replaced, he never responded. I texted, emailed and called him however Tim never responded."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"Everyone from Delta Heating & Cooling were highly professional and courteous. Everything was done as quoted. Michael, the sales rep came back during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly and afterwards to answer any questions. Kelley at the office was very nice and responded quickly to my requests. I would recommend Delta to anyone looking to have their HVAC system replaced."

"I was having issues with my gas hot water heater not staying lit. Josh worked hard on the problem all day and tried a number of parts. Unfortunately none of the parts he had worked, calling the manufacturer of my hot water heater he was able to track down the correct part. He was not able to finish the repair that day due to the part being ordered. I was kept up to date by Michelle and she called everyday to update me on the status of the part. Once the part came in Josh came back and installed the new part along with cleaning up the burner and vents. He was able to get it lit and stuck around to make sure it stayed on. He let me know how to keep the area clean so it would stay lit. I just felt like this was great customer service and would call JD Service again for any plumbing or heating issues."
