The tech Preston Honeycutt was thoroughly knowledgeable in his trade and was able to troubleshoot our issue and got our unit running normally all while explaining as he went along. The people at this company from the technicians to the people in the office like Katie and all those who’s name not mentioned are good people and made this another great experience."

I received an invoice but when I inquired as to whether he charges an hourly rate or based on parts replaced, he never responded. I texted, emailed and called him however Tim never responded."

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."
