"The movers were very professional and efficient in the actual move. Everything I would expect from a moving company. Definitely didn?t expect to pay almost 1k over what was quoted to me though.. I understand there?s never an ?exact science? as it?s all dependent on how long everything takes.. but that was not ideal. Initial quote didn?t tell me the give or take a few hours bit and also didn?t include materials for the packing in the number I was given after I explained in detail what was needed. The gentleman who wrote it up at the end also took almost 35 minutes to get back in to my apt after telling me he?ll be right back with the total. When I?m paying hourly for the crew that was another ~125 for him to just write everything up. Overall, though, they did a good job. Only irritation was the pricing. If you?re going to charge me at least be transparent.. I understand there?s a big difference in quality and I?ll happily pay a premium for better service.. just be upfront about it."
