"After the tankless hot water heater was installed it was throttling the temperature. I called the team and they came out to explain this particular module they installed was ‘demand based’. It required I set the shower to a very warm temperature to engage the water heater or else it would turn off. Seemed strange and untrue since the sinks which have significantly less demand don’t experience this issue no matter how low I turn the temperature. The specialist also suggested it could be my brand new shower head since new hardware can often be low flow. Mine was not but he insisted on removing the gasket for the shower head. Now it leaks and the water still gets cold unless set to very hot. Disappointed."

Service was fast, got it replaced within a few hours of arrival and I feel the pricing was in an acceptable range. He cleaned up the area, better than it was when he arrived. I did find it odd that they only accept cash or checks, no credit cards. I really would have preferred to have paid for with a credit card for various reasons. I do not recall seeing or hearing that fact until it was time to pay, that to me was a bit of a bummer."
