After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me.
