They are a father and son team, very knowledgeable and professional. The circuit board of the hot tub needed to be repaired or replaced, and they took it away to be serviced that same day. Yesterday, (Sunday!), the son showed up and installed the repaired unit. Everything works well now, problem solved. It cost a little more than I anticipated, (what doesn't), but certainly worth it to have the hot tub fixed. Fast, friendly and professional service, I will certainly call them for future hot tub service needs and also recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors."

"We purchased both a hot tub and swim spa from Everything Hot Tubz. One of the owners, Armando, came to our home and did a site visit and made great recommendations prior to our patio construction which resulted in a better configuration than our original design. We purchased during the Pandemic so the wait was long but not unexpected and was as estimated when we placed the order. We purchased an American Whirlpool ML-4 Swim Spa and a Vita Riviera Hot tub. On the Swim Spa we had some leak issues due to the shipping which was not the fault of Everything hot Tubz and they were prompt and skilled in doing the repairs. We have used both spas almost daily for over two years, including the Winters, with no issues. I highly recommend both Vita and American Whirlpool products over higher priced big name brands. Ed, the other owner has been responsive to concerns and helpful. More important to get a good dealer than a big name spa and Everything Hot Tubz is a reliable and honest dealer."
