"As a DYI, I am reluctant to hire contractors however the scope of my home project was well beyond a one man show. I found Saunders Construction on the internet as I pursued seeking bids for the work I needed. George was the ONLY contractor who provided me with a detailed estimate for all aspects of the job. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. They respected our home, were very detailed oriented and cleaned up every loose nail, cutting, dust, etc. at the end of each day's work. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."

"Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to my initial emails requesting a quote and came out on a Wednesday evening to assess the work and quote me a price. The repair wasn't as straightforward as I was hoping for but Paul was able to come up with a solution that worked for us. We scheduled a date for the work to be performed and he arrived on time on that date. Paul and his assistant were very friendly and professional and I was happy with the resulting work. Paul provided all the materials, including the replacement parts for the frame and paint and did not go over the quoted price. "Dan and his crew did a wonderful job. We purchased our home last year knowing that the deck was in need of help. The support system was not done correctly and was causing the deck to sag and deteriorate. Dan came in and installed all new concrete supports under the deck, with new 6x6 posts and headers to increase the support. This also leveled everything out, no more wavy deck! He and his guys were all very nice, polite, always happy to answer any question we had and kept the area in good shape. We had a picnic with about 50 people shortly after the work was done. Deck was solid as a rock, even with all the tables, chairs, grills, coolers and people on it for 8+ hours."

"They were extremely helpful in solving a constant leak problem in my home. I had already consulted my usual plumber who disregarded my input that my water pressure had increased a lot. He turned on the kitchen faucet and said looks ok to him. After another pipe blew the fitting I contact Montco. When I shared this concern with the plumber they sent, he immediately connected a gauge to my outside water faucet and got a reading over 2 times what it should be, and photographed it so it is now saved to my account. After replacing the water pressure regulator, he was able to get my pressure back down to the proper level, and again measured and photo it. This is a very well organized and responsive firm and the fella they sent out was very friendly and respectful to me. and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very pleased"
