"Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. They also provided all the landscaping, putting dozens of trees and bushes, replaced a poorly done sidewalk and made a new one out of the same stone from our patio. Tom and his crew were timely, communicated with us readily and their work was top notch….so much so that we were literally the talk of our new development. As such, I believe Tom did at least four projects in our new neighborhood as a result of the fantastic work he did with ours Fast forward to this year - two of our tress didn’t last through the winter a medium sized blue spruce and a an arborvitae…. Tom cam out yesterday and replaced them under warranty. Fantastic work, a great, great man who does exactly what he says he’s going to do. We would hire Tom and his crew in a heartbeat. Do so and you won’t be disappointed"

"We worked with Breyer Construction for a few months on the design of our dream deck. They very patiently worked with us till all of our detailed concerns were addressed in the design of the deck and covered porch. The complexity of the project and the major changes to the existing building's roof made us very concerned with the caliber of contractor we choose for our project. The ability to visualize the project via the 3-D tools helped considerably in allowing us to bring our dream deck to reality. I have waited over a year to write this review to make sure everything had a chance to settle. The good news is I like the job they did even better now than when they first did it. "We used Tim and Woodland Landscapes for our new walkway because of the excellent work Tim had done for us in the past.   <br /> We were confident that this job would be no different.   <br />   <br />      Tim arrived at our house in April 2015 to put our thoughts to paper and design a walkway that was not overstated, but compliment our home.  Tim was patient and prepared to listen to our ideas.  After about an hour, we came up with plan for a walkway and landscaping.  Tim would have an estimate for us in a couple of weeks.  We received the estimate and found that we could not fit the landscaping into our budget.  Tim was flexible enough to give us another estimate without the landscaping and even offered to edge out the area where the landscaping would be installed.  We accepted the estimate and made a down payment. <br />      Work began on June 24, 2015.  Tim's crew arrived early to begin work.  All went well for the next two days.  Tim's crew worked hard to get the walkway in before the we had anymore rain.  The work was completed the following Monday.  The flower beds were edged out as promised.  Tim also offered to seed the areas he disturbed, as well as, other areas disturbed by some previous construction we had done.  Was not expecting that, but was appreciated.   <br />      In summary, my wife and I were very satisfied with the walkway and the work that Tim and his crew performed.  It looks great and really compliments our home.  Thank you Tim and crew.   <br /> <br /> <br />"
