"The repair work was well done. I had no idea it would take 2 people. The first quote was for a lower price but then they did not have the parts so I said OK to the more expensive option. But then they were not able to do the more expensive option so they went and got the part for the lower price option. But ultimately they charged me for the higher price option. I have called three days in a row and have not been able to resolve the price discrepancy."

He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. "Saha answered my request right away.He asked me to give him a little rundown, about what's going on and he was very patient in listening to me.The issue was that half of my condo was out of power. Literally there was no power in the dining room, living room ,and desk area. He thoroughly investigated and tested all the outlets in the problem areas. Only one of the outlets had to be replaced since all the rest tested out fine. He did not stop there. He went on to check all my breakers and realized that one of them was in the off position. It actually tripped off ...as he explained it. That's what was causing the power to go off . The actual culprit was my portable heaters. He went onto explain that there were too many light fixtures and too many outlets on one breaker. I could tell you a lot more, but I don't think I have a lot of space left to do that. I just know that he was extremely professional , and answered all my questions. I will be using his services again."
