"Nasser took measurements, gave me an estimate for the work, and went off to have the parts custom cut. The problem with the T-Box was that it had no baffles to provide laminar air flow, and created a lot of turbulence which prevented even distribution of air. It also caused major condensation which was the source of the rust. Nasser and two assistants came on Monday a fortnight later, cut out the offending parts, and installed the new T-box with interior flow vanes and ducts. Nasser had estimated it would take 3 hours, but it ended up taking 8. He did not increase the bill! He kept us informed, and apologized for the extra time. He completely disassembled the furnace, disconnected and removed the AC coils, and, cleaned everything, before reassembling and installing the new duct work, which he also insulated on the outside. We tested the heat and AC before he left. Good Job Nasser & Team."

"Patrick (Territory Manager - Salesman) was thorough, professional, courteous, and punctual. He clearly laid out options/products and provided all necessary company information. Modern Mechanical pushes Lennox brand equipment, which is a solid product based on my research and what I have seen so far. The equipment (variable speed air handler, 17 SEER outdoor unit, water heater) were installed in about a week from the time of purchase. Installer was experienced, efficient, clean and thorough. A couple of issues came up during/after install - including the need for an upgraded thermostat (to control the advanced air handler), the need for a converter box due to existing old aluminum wire, additional duct work to handle added air pressures, loud initial air movement, etc. Each of these issues were identified and handled immediately by Modern Mechanical, at no additional cost to me. Also of note, during installation, my sump pump was inadvertently damaged. I notified Patrick, and within 1 hour a plumber from Modern Mechanical was at my door with a new pump and was promptly installed -- free of charge. I can't say enough about the company; great people, great products, excellent customer service."

"On a scale of 1-10, I will give Sila’s water heater installation team (Marcus and Roberto) a solid 10 for installing a new 50-Gallon Bradford White electric water heater. On Tuesday afternoon, I talked to Will in Customer Service; he provided me with a fair quote ($1400) and scheduled my installation for Thursday morning. Marcus and Roberto were on-time and pleasant with their interactions with me. This is my first time buying a Bradford White unit; in the past, I used Rheem water heaters with great success. I will use Sila again (as long as the price is fair)."

"Tou did a great job with work if installment. BUT, I have not been informed that I need additional pieces needed to be installed for RELAC and they did next inspection and gave me pass certification.... is it reliable? This year RELAC people from Reston association came to tux the air condition issue that I had and they informed me that if I don’t have those pieces in the system, my house will get damaged and not good for my air quality. I contact Clover and they were not responsive and the response that they have given later was so unprofessional. I was happy with their service but finding this issue with my HVAC installation and their response made me decide not to work with them again. I thought that they were recommended with my Condo because they knew how RELAC work and the structure or how inspection passes. Obviously they don’t ... Thanks"

Each and every time they've come out - to install, adjust, or maintain - Climatic has been impressive. When we were looking for a replacement HVAC, Sonny Swann gave the most impressive evaluation and presentation, even recommending we NOT go for top of the line because the price to benefit wasn't there. He knew the systems and could explain them in laymen's terms. Each workman we've had out has been courteous and equally knowledgeable of the task. They aren't the least expensive, nor the most expensive, but I'm willing to pay a little for good knowledge and service!
