"He came out and did the work. He made a recommendation for a couple repairs which we didn't end up have done because we might get a whole new system. He was courteous, he was clean and he didn't even come in the house without booties on. Very please with them.
I really liked that he had recommendations and didn't push that they could do them right away. One of the recommendations was something my husband could buy a tool and do himself. No up sale.
They really were terrific, they responded to the call immediately. Scheduled me within in a short time, they came on time. It was just an over all positive experience."

"As part of our service plan, we had our plumbing systems inspected. To make sure we were safe in the future, I had the technician drain the water heater and install an alarm in case of flooding or system failure. Everything went well and I highly recommend FH Furr."

"I called Angie"s list last Friday, within a few minutes I got a call from the office of this company EA Plumbing Inc, EA's office secretary tentatively fixed an appointment for their Master Plumber to visit our home and to offer a free quote. The Owner Edgar Artiga showed up within two hours as planned. He offered us a free quote which we found to be pleasantly lower than My Plumber company whom we found were a ripoff . Edgar Artiga executed this Faucet repairs / replacing hot & cold water cartridges within the set time frame. We are extremely satisfied of a job very well done by EA Plumbing. Our Project completion was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project earlier than what we had initially anticipated and at a lower cost. They were also very flexible to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!""

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful,patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Had someone come out for a new water heater quote, and just so happened to have one start leaking as they showed up. The tech swiftly (nice) quoted us (with the best price we received out of 5 quotes) and started working immediately. He walked us through the steps, stayed until he was comfortable with the result, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Would refer to them again for any plumbing needs."
