He recharged the system with freon. He did not try to sell us anything unnecessary, just repaired our problem. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

They were able to add vents and further the air circulation creating chilled rooms. They reconfigured the ducting and added new vent grills. They recommend insulate the attic and it was the best decision I ever made because my electric bill went from $300 to $200. "When Jim was 30 minutes late for the appointment, I called and he admitted he lost my information and wasn't able to call me.  He came within 30 minutes.  He accurately diagnosed the problem as cut water lines and fixed the problem  Additionally, he advised that the misting nozzles may be plugged.  He did not remove the plugged nozzles and I am unable to remove them myself to be able to replace them.  Therefore, the system is only partially functioning.  He also stated his real areas of expertise are heating and air conditioning, not misting systems.
