Get matched with top swamp cooler service or repairers in Cathedral City, CA

"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"It was very good. They were very responsive. Since we were having service done at an unit away from where we live and which we rent, it was important for them to be on time. They were very good about that. Often times when you have a service call, they give you like a three or four hour window. So they were very responsive. I told them that's what I needed, otherwise I would use somebody else and they did that. The service technician was very professional."

"We were so happy we chose Magnolia Cooling and heating to repair our heater/air conditioner. They were professional from beginning to end. Our serviceman arrived on time and completed the repair to our satisfaction."

"Excellent response time and service; unit was repaired within 24 hours of calling."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! Thank you, Sev & southland heating & AC! I truly appreciate it! And, also, much gratitude for Angie’s List for making it so much easier to find trustworthy repair companies!"

"I called several companies about water heater replacement and the response from this company was the best. One company promised a call back and never got it, another company seemed to be occupied with something else while talking to me, and others just didn't answer. The rep I spoke with on my initial call was polite and was able to get someone out the next day. That was great since we had no hot water! On the following day the service technician called 20 minutes before arrival and arrived on time on the early end of the time frame given. After speaking with the office we agreed on the price and Fabian our technician was able to start the replacement right away! Fabian was great, very professional and polite. He helped me move a shelf that was in way and he put it back for me when the work was complete. Any mess that was made was cleaned up and he hauled away the old one. He explained everything I needed to know about the unit and we were so glad we could finally shower! I would recommend this company and use them again if I needed to!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Excellent customer service and fast! I highly recommend them, if you need a new system or maintenance this is the company to call!!!!"

"This was the first time I worked with Timo’s personally at my house, prior had been at my place of work so I was familiar with their customer service and trustworthiness. I had just purchased a new home and air was not circulating to the bedrooms very well and the bathrooms did not have vents. They were able to add vents and further the air circulation creating chilled rooms. They reconfigured the ducting and added new vent grills. They recommend insulate the attic and it was the best decision I ever made because my electric bill went from $300 to $200. The team that makes the house calls are just as friendly as the customer service representatives in the office. They are efficient, affordable and I constantly recommend them. Great local family company."

"I called them to fix my heater. They were able to show up the day I called and repaired in 10 minutes. They signed us up with a maintenance plan. I'm very happy with the service."
