I am not in position to judge a plumbing job as I know nothing of plumbing, just have been on the receiving end of past disappointments. The job seems sufficient so far...time will tell! I would say the crew was good at doing pipes, but I had a lot of cleanup from some of the details, such as replacing drywall. The first man to work on it didn't use a drop cloth. I think they tried hard, but the worker said he's a plumber, not a carpenter. The Town Inspector came later and had to make one minor correction before turning on the water. On the whole they did a good job, but frankly I don't think I'm qualified to do a rating. The Town Water Supervisor said they did a good job on the pipes, but remarked that he thought I was overcharged on one line that was run to the back of the house to hook up a separate pipe for watering the garden. That had to be paid out of pocket as they said it wasn't written in the contract, which was a Government contract, and that may have been the problem. It was my first time working with a contractor. I hope they would be willing to come back if I ever need a plumber again. There was a problem because I emailed them too many times, Kelli said they were aware of all the problems. The price increased as we went along. I am happy to say that they did the job quickly. Dale said to call if there were any problems. Very glad to say so far so good. The toilet broke afterward, but a friend fixed it for me. The old insides couldn't take the new water pressure, he said. Sorry to make this such a long story, but it's a problem that plagued me for a very long time and now it's over, hopefully! Thanks to all and have a nice holiday.
