I had them recharge the system to find out where the leak was. The price was average. They did good work, we didn't have to have them back again. for responsiveness, they were good. They came out within 2 hours from when I called. They were punctual. We don't live there anymore but if we still lived in that area, I would call them back. It was a good experience. It took a couple of hours. the service technician was good. They did a good job, we didn't have to have them back."

He said the mold in my basement was mold. He said it wasn't the lethal black kind (which was appreciated). He said they'd charge $1,500 to get rid of it, or I could drop about $100 at Home Depot and do it myself (this too was appreciated). I don't regret buying this deal, because I did need this information. But at the same time, I did pay $70 for about 10 minutes of his time.
