I only need to paint it properly after waiting for the curing to insure that any moisture is gone. "We love our new windows, and we would highly recommend the company! Everything from the initial estimate/sales set-up through final installation has been so professional and well-done. We initially reached out a few years ago to get estimates on windows for the entire house (along with a few other companies), and with Craftsmen, we never felt pressured or like anyone wasted our time with an annoying sales pitch. We decided to wait, and we reached back out at the end of 2020 to get updated estimates. They still had all of our information and were very helpful and prompt at getting updated totals. We had some concerns with ordering (as it was in the early days of the pandemic) depending on regional closures or delays, and they were reassuring and flexible with our plan. During the installation process, everyone was so professional. Often with outside contractors, people default communicating with my husband, yet I'm the one coordinating, so it can often be frustrating, but that was absolutely not the case with Craftsmen. Everyone was very kind and respectful no matter who they were talking with. Besides just getting all of our windows replaced, we also had a large wall cut out and a custom window added, which we were a bit nervous how that would go with our stucco, and it turned out beautifully, and it was such a nice relief to know that no matter what - the crew would handle it. It was quite the undertaking and a very large investment from us, but it was so worth it for how beautiful everything looks inside and out and how seamless the process went."

"We needed to fix a structural and livability mistake that the first owners of our house made. Rob (founder and owner of Working for You), completely made it possible! It was a tricky situation from the beginning, due to an existing massive tree and other factors. Rob created a plan that solved all of the aesthetic issues we'd struggled with for 18 years - we only wish we'd asked him sooner. He and his partner Scott completed all of the work, which required first building a large new deck that was sympathetic to our quirky home. He was super patient and flexible, as our City's administrators, who changed things multiple times. The front wall of the house needed the exterior door and picture window "swapped," which require supporting the roof, accommodating building/electrical inspectors, keeping everything safe from weather (thunderstorms), keeping our interior as unaffected as possible. All was completed in WFY's typical excellent manner. Oh, and they kept us personally safe from COVID, too, as we have health challenges. When the project was completed, everyone who walked by (we're on a corner - plenty of activity) took time to tell us how great it looks! We are totally thrilled with all of WFY's capabilities. Rob and Scott are valuable providers we call upon regularly - we so highly recommended WFY we lack the words to express! Hire them - you'll be the better for it!"

"We actually found Redstone by accident, we were on our way to look at model homes in Stone Mill Farms in Woodbury and saw a new model open house sign, we decide to stop and take a look. Upon entering Redstone's model home we knew right away that this was the home we wanted. Redstone's sales representative Nathan Chaika took the time to walk us through the home and point out details we would have missed. <br /> <br /> After spending several hours with Nathan, my wife and I made the decision that we wanted Redstone to build our home. We did look at several other home builders and had experience in the past with a national builder and could not believe the value Redstone provided. <br /> <br /> We set up our initial meeting with Bob Appert & Dan Larson of Redstone to discuss what we wanted in our new home. From the very beginning working with Bob & Dan was excellent. They were both available to answer any questions we had at anytime and review any details we wanted. They explained the details of their construction process and how our new home was going to exceed building standards. <br /> <br /> When designing our house we wanted to highlight our kitchen and master bathroom, Redstone came through with flying colors. Our kitchen features a 48" dual fuel Viking range with 6 gas burners and griddle plate. Glass tile backsplash and granite counter top round out our dream kitchen <br /> <br /> Of course our selection process was made much easier with the help of designer Evan Cohoe. Redstone actually provided us as part of their package a designer to help us make all our selections. Evan made sure we were going down a path that we would be happy with and made recommendations where needed. <br /> <br /> I can not say this enough, the overall quality, design and completion our our project could not have gone any better. Redstone did everything they promised and exceed our expectations. The day we moved into our home it actually felt like a home and was comforting to be here from the very beginning. <br /> <br /> We have already made the decision the Redstone will finish our basement. We will not go out for bids because we trust Bob & Dan and they will not lead us down a path that is not right for us."

"I bid approximately 10 different people across three categories: landscapers, contractors and masons. The landscapers were stumped given it was structural and it was graduated (grew from small to tall). The contractors were very matter of fact as were most of the masons; demo it and build it with this one brick style that they were accustomed to using. Scott came out and was very self-assured as to how he was going to tackle the project and he explained how he was going to do it and why. Prior to this however, on the phone, he sent us to his website to check out all the retaining walls he had previously done, both structural and more for esthetic purposes (my words) I will say. After he explained his approach, he then got out his brick catalog and gave us a couple of options then he would recommend. Then, he saw that we had a large tree nearby and recommended that perhaps we might want to go with a smooth vs. textured stone so that all the sap and other tree droppings wouldn't cling to the brick. This is the type of attention to detail that Scott brings to the project. He was right on budget, his team was very pleasant and very nice, and they were very clean when they were done. I would use them again in a minute. I am not sure that there isn't anything with stone that Scott hasn't done. <br />"

"Sela Roofing and Remodeling was a very professional company to have do our roof replacement. From the very first phone call we could tell that Sela was eager for our business and after the estimate Sela guided us to secure the financing we needed for our roof replacement and the payments were well within our budget constraints. The workmanship was remarkable and soon after the roof work was completed you couldn't even tell they were on our property as the cleanup was top notch. We are recommending Sela to friends and family who need roof or remodeling work done, so we most certainly recommend Sela to you as well."

"I initially contacted CK Tile and Stone in May and they said they were swamped as a result of their 'Big Deal' promotion $550 for 40 Sq ft of back splash till end of July (fancy designs, materials, could cost extra). We decided that we'd wait for things slow down for them. Then in July they said they had a cancellation and could fit us in. <br /> We had already purchased our tiles and we took longer to come up with a design for the section above the range while they were on-sitee. We had an additional area at the table next to the pantry that that worked on as well. This was a 2 day effort to let the grout/tile adhesives to dry. They were accommodating to our design ideas and provided ideas of their own. <br /> The overall workmanship and quality looks great! They cleaned up the left over debris and materials. They came back a 3rd day since we requested additional caulking and sealing (for the limestone tiles). We are very satisfied and would love to have them over to do the same when we decide to finish our basement! <br />"
