More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. "The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!"

"Incredible service from these guys. Got referred to them from a friend after getting an outrageous quote for a water heater issue. Called in the evening and spoke to Charolette, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Michael came the next morning around 10am and diagnosed the issue and had a quote within the hour, and even offered to do the work same day so we could have hot water again, By 3pm he and Brad had removed the old and installed a new water heater, rerouted the lines to its new location, installed new safer venting, and cleaned up like nobody had even been there. "I did not technically "hire" Talbot Plumbing, but felt I needed to share my experience. I had extremely low water pressure the past few weeks and wasn't sure what the cause was. They took the time to look in several areas of my house and determine that it was due to the water softener. Although they don't work on water softeners, I wasn't charge a cent for the problem determination and I appreciate the time (both the drive and time spent).
