"We had to call on a Sunday evening because water was gushing under our sink. Our integrated supply line had popped loose from the faucet. Within 30 minutes Anthony came out to our house and started checking everything associated with our sink... even our house water pressure. The problem turned out to be our faulty 2 month old Pfister faucet!! I have learned to stay away from this product now! Anyway, he took the faucet out so we could return it to the store and installed a necessary part. Anthony even returned to install our new Delta faucet the next day. Very fast service, were thorough and friendly. Because it had been on a Sunday and in the evening, I expected it to cost much more. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"We had to go to a hotel on Sunday night because the toilet was backing up.  This has happened before and I knew it was time to replace the sewer line.  My plumber came out and checked everything on Monday morning and recommended the line  should be scoped  to see how bad it was.  He called Farrell at Sewer Line Video and they were able to come out THAT day and check the line.  There were breaks in the line and it should be replaced as soon as possible.  Farrell and Mark were very helpful and I completely trusted them from my plumbers recommendations and after I met them.  They explained everything very well.  You could tell they were very experienced in this type of job.   We scheduled the job for Wednesday and it would only take 2 days.  It turned out that it only took a day and a half.  We did not have to leave the house while the work was done.  They told us when we could not use the toilet and water and made the process very comfortable.  They made this process so easy when I thought it  would be very difficult.  They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional.  They were very knowledgeable about my maple tree and the roots and hard dirt they would need to dig around.   Again you could tell they had done this many times before.  I was completely satisfied with their work and would have no problem recommending them.  They also sent me a pdf file of the video after it was completed (I'd already seen the one they did before hand and knew where the problems were).   And when they were done you couldn't even tell they were there.  Excellent cleanup. <br />"

"My house was built in 1926 and the sewer pipes have not been changed in over 50 years.  Plotke Plumbing would come out every year and snake out the roots in the main line.  This year they had a hard time breaking through, so I decided to have the camera run down the length of the pipe.  Roots were entering the seams of the clay pipe.  Giovanni did the camera inspection, which I watched while the camera went down the line.  He gave me an estimate on using a combination of pipe bursting and reline. Only 2 holes were dug and no trenching. He indicated the job would take 3 days, and offered to start a few days later, since there was no backup or emergency.  I have used Plotke Plumbing on big and small jobs for many years. I trust the owners and decided to go forward.  The crew showed up right on time, spent the first day doing the excavation, second and third day installing the new pipe and cleaning up.  I got to see the completed job by the camera that was inserted in the line for me.  I think they did a good job, showed up on time, did what they said they would do and delivered the finished job at the agreed price. Nobody likes to hear that they need a big plumbing job for their home.  Plotke Red Lilly works around my neighborhood all the time.  They would not be in business this long if they were not doing a good work and providing good customer service. <br />"

"Benny Zadikian and his son Coco had to replace the pipes behind a shower wall to install an updated shower valve and fix the leak(s). They followed the manufacturer’s instructions to the letter, and they were only satisfied when it was done perfectly according to those instructions. However, the manufacturer’s retro-fit kit was faulty due to a very obvious design flaw. It simply would not fit, even though the instructions and numerous manufacturer’s representatives stated it “should.” Therefore, I had to order a new shower trim and handle, at added expense, due only to the manufacturer’s design flaw – not Benny and Coco’s work. Unbelievably, the new shower trim and handle also had another obvious design flaw and would not fit either! This could have required entirely new piping – until Benny thought of a way to make it work. It was only due to his dedication and creativity that the new shower trim and handle now fit – despite the manufacturer’s second design flaw, which Benny corrected. Fortunately, the hot & cold valve stems were easily replaced. Benny Zadikian and Coco are as dedicated, honest and creative as they are knowledgeable and professional. Their work as impeccable. I referred them to my step-daughter and her family, and they were equally as pleased. I’m glad to say we now have a “family” plumber!"

"Impressed that he was able to help me today, the day that I called.  Fixed the problem within a couple of hours, had to go out for a part. Very nice person. <br /> My only problem is the price, that seemed a bit much. The coupons listed on Angie's List for this provider are no longer accepted by this plumber.  In the future I would likely chose another plumber that accepted the coupons listed if I could find them available when I called. <br />"
