I told him that there's a slow leak in the system and he walked me though the options of how to deal with it. He then took extra time to give me an estimate of what one of those options would cost but gave no pressure either way to try to fix it or buy a new system. Since my furnace is on the older side and I expressed interest in getting an estimate on what a new system would cost, he called the office and set up the appointment for me.
