"Rich did a fantastic job and was great to work with.  He's extremely knowledgeable and open about all of the options for fixing a problem.  In our case, he walked us through all of the pros/cons of our water tank options and we ultimately decided on a tankless water heater to replace the two old water heaters that were being replaced.  This has worked out great for us and we are seeing all of the benefits of having a tankless system.
Rich is punctual and was very thorough in his work and takes the time with the little things like convenient shut-off valves where others might skip that step when not required by code.  He cleaned up after all of the work and we would absolutely use him again (and have).

"Scott called me within an hour and scheduled non-emergency appt in 2 days. Plumber called and also received a text when he was on his away and arrived during the 4 hr appt window. Gave me the bad news that it was going to be $650. That was about double what I was expecting. This was my only complaint as this seemed really high to me but I had another plumber not show up twice for appointments so what was I supposed to do. I know he had to cut drain line, hot and cold water line and softener line to put new box in. There was some work to be done. Mike was a nice guy and listened to my stories so he can't be too bad. The repair was done professionally and clean up when he was done. They may not be the cheapest but do a good job. I will consider using them again on future jobs."

Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."
