"Consummate professional… Could not be happier! We’d gotten at least four quotes from other contractors, and all others paled in comparison to Josh, in terms of quality and cost. Josh is a serious contractor and really knows his stuff. While assessing our project, he pointed out several structural reinforcement needs that no others had brought up – and which ultimately made for a beautifully solid deck. Josh and his co-contractor, Bob, were well-equipped for the job, even using laser levels to maintain a perfectly level deck (which unfortunately sits on a sloping section of the lawn.) Josh and Bob worked their butts off for 7 ½ days (honestly, I cannot fathom how they had the energy to do the bull-work they did day after day), tidying up the area at the end of each day. Josh was quick to respond to our calls/texts with any questions/concerns we had. While we did experience a couple of hiccups (permit issues, etc.) those are to be expected with projects like this – and did not deter from the schedule or excellence of the finished project. I wish this review site had an option to submit photos – as I would have loved to include the before/during and after process. Highly recommend."
