"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. "So far so good.  Chris took my call right away and was there the next day to install the water heater.  Tenants are very happy.  We are having a little problem right now with the pilot light extinguishing and Chris has promised to get there as soon as the tenants return from their Christmas vacation.   Follow up:  Chris returned and replaced the faulty water heater.  The new unit is operating perfectly and without any interruption.

"This was an initial call to find and fix a leak which was showing up in the ceiling as a wet spot First the response to my request for service was rapid , almost instantaneous Secondly when he arrived he diagnosed the problem almost as quickly as his response Third only after agreeing that he could fix the problem did we discuss cost. Which turned out to be extremely fair Fourth the initial problem was quickly repaired while he explained in detail what he was doing and why the problem arose in the first place Fifth when i created an extra problem by trying to be helpful he immediately tackled and resolved that problem to perfection Sixth In addition to all the sbove he was very personable and pleasant I highly recommend for general plumbing needs Dan M Dees"
