Dana and Jake arrived just a few minutes after the agreed-on time. They were courteous and professional, and went right to work examining the spigot and figuring out the problem. They explained things clearly as they went along, which was very helpful. They worked efficiently, but with friendliness and a good sense of humor. They had the new spigot and piping in their truck, and did a tidy and thorough job removing the old spigot and installing the new one. The price was reasonable (and clearly explained when they outlined the couple of options we had to do a partial fix or a replacement), and Dana put together a detailed invoice before we paid him. "Promptly arrived, got to work immediately, efficiently did the install and added some replacement pipe that needed to be replaced. They did a great job, would use them again... They even suggested I get the disposal as I would save money over them providing it, so I got a 3/4 motor for 119 instead of a 160 dollar 1/2 motor that they would have supplied. They did tell me they would not take my old one away, which was fine with me, but the plumber did end up taking it with him. I could have marked the price a B, but let's face it, these guys all cost a lot of dough to come out and work at your house on a call, no one is cheap anymore. This is something I could have done myself, but at 65 I really hate being under a sink, so money well spent..."
