Get matched with top carport (metal) builders in Chepachet, RI

"It was so much easier than getting a dumpster. I paid less money than if I had gotten a dumpster because a dumpster charges by weight and since it snowed and rained, everything in the bag was wet - I would have paid a fortune!!! With the bullbag, I paid one set price and the cool part: I got the bag back to refill again and again. This company also recycles most of what is collected so less ends up in a landfill.
No better business bureau complaints.
One set price to empty.
I get to reuse the bag over and over."

"Upon calling Jay for an estimate  - he came out promptly to look at the job in hand.  He supplied a detailed estimate within a couple of days and we agreed upon this.  His crew began working within a couple of weeks of original suggested date due to bad weather they could not start earlier.  Once here, they were very hardworking, thorough and professional.  All of his crew were excellent painters and took their time to make it look really nice.  They cleaned up each day after they left and were respectful of the property.
I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors.  I will be using this company in the future to update our bathroom and replace handrails in the hallway.
Bethany, Jay's wife deals with the administration/financial side and is a delightful lady.
This is a great company that believe in good workmanship."

"Excellent job. Dave did a great job on the patio. Everybody was very accommodating. Reasonable price for the work performed. We would definitely hire them again."

"I have worked with Roland for several years. He is a homeowner's or renter's touchstone when it comes to trustworthiness and integrity. Sadly, he can't do it all, so I have to turn to contractors I don't know and then, (yes even those with high paid ratings on Angie's List) I get lousy results and outrageous prices. So, sometimes, when I'm feeling defeated, I just come to Angie to look at the New England House Doctor's reviews to remember that there are good and decent people out there. So, thanks, Roland! And, Roland - remember - you need to remove the mattress and boxspring and paint the porch (already paid you!)"

The guys from North American Building performed their job perfectly. Glenn was very responsive from the first phone call right on through to the end. For every question we had they had a real answer. Neat and clean throughout the project. Never missed a day and were finished on time. The quality of work is impressive and we have gone through a few contractors over the years so we know what is good and what isn't. They designed the deck and recommended materials and even provided their own building plans and handled the permit. Not to mention the interior work we needed done on our kitchen and moldings and finish work we had done in our living room etc. Excellent work. We will definitely be using them in the future. We already have our next project in the works. Going to use these guys while we can.

Great Job

"Great for storing cars and wirk"

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Columbia Construction did a beautiful job with our bungalow kitchen remodel.  They met with us, were receptive to our input and developed a plan that was both beautiful and functional.  The many challenges of renovating an older home (circa 1920) were met with patience and creativity.
We have since called upon MIke for additional work.  He is always responsive and fair.

"Went very well. They were done in 1 day. Have had no problems with the roof and it has been about 5 years."

"Dave was great to work with and did meticulous work. Some of the previous doors were poorly installed, but Dave took the time to make sure that the new ones were done correctly. They look great!
