"The technician rinsed filters and cleaned the AC unit. He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics. "I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. "Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

Heater repairs required a new and costly part that had to be ordered, but the tech laid it out for me to choose repair or replacement. A/C required coolant. So far, repair was a good choice. A cautionary word--furnace damage was probably due to improper maintenance of the previously installed humidifier. (Some companies do not even work with installed humidifiers, which I need)."
