"Well if your looking to get ripped off by someone, call My Plumber. We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."

This was during the week of Christmas, and they sent a crew the following day to perform the work. "Great service. Came out and repaired and cleaned fireplaces and checked the bricks and mortar. Charged me $100 to come out. Chimney place in Holly wanted $329 for 1st fireplace and $299 for 2nd fireplace to come out. That price included a mandatory cleaning. Crazy!! Sanford was reasonable, efficient, and friendly. Definitely recommend."
