"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. "AirTemp Solutions called me right away on Friday after making initial request on HomeAdvisor. We made an appointment for Monday. On Monday morning I received a call confirming that technician was on the way within 20 minutes. Chris arrived on time, he evaluated the water heater that needed to be replaced, explained what needs to be done and come up with a fair quote. We scheduled installation on Wednesday at 8:00 am. Chris showed up at 8:00 and completed installation and cleaning by 10:00. A pleasure to work with!"
