He determined the problem (Capicitor) and informed me of the the steps needed to correct. He then quoted me the price (Very Fair}. i gave him the OK to proceed. Problem corrected. I would highly recommend Grove H&C. Their technician was most competent and courteous. Estimate is provided prior to work and the price is very reasonable. Could not be happier with Grove H&C and its technician, James Sweitzer!!"

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

He also told me a price to install a new outside only unit with 10 year warranty on parts and 2 years on service for a little more. Unit is installed and working so much better then the old unit."
